Sad to hear. Dave passed away a few days ago, April 19th. Big fan of his solo work and of course his time in Traffic.

RIP.....One of my favorite bands (Traffic). Although a co-founder, I think Mason has left Traffic by the time that album (Low Spark) had come out.

He wrote the song "Feeling Alright?", which was on Traffic's first album; the Joe Cocker version is more popular and much better known, at least in the USA. He dodged in and out of Traffic for their first 2 albums (and did indeed leave before "Low Spark"), but made a large body of solo work.

His first solo album "Alone Together" is fantastic. Only You Know and I Know, Shouldn't Have Took More than You Gave, World In Changes, Sad And Deep As You etc.
