Do you have a daily productivity window?

7am - When I wake up most days. I get something to drink and head to the computer to check emails and whatnot.

8am - I grab some breakfast and watch YouTube videos for an hour or two.

9:30am - Shave, brush the teeth, and shower.

10:00am - Maybe do some work on the computer, or other odd tasks.

Noon - Grab lunch and watch the news

12:30pm to 5:00pm - My "productivity" time. Sometimes that's running to town for groceries or other errands. Sometimes it's working in the yard or around the house. This week I was working on installing a trailer hitch on my car. Instructions said "70 minutes for home mechanics". HA! It took me closer to three hours, only to discover the wiring adapter is defective. :)

5:00pm - Make dinner and watch the evening news.

7:00pm - Watch a movie or TV shows with my wife.

10:00pm - Head to bed so we can start it all over again. :)

Of course, this is just a rough outline. I rarely stick to this strict schedule and can easily vary an hour or more.

I do not have daily goals. I golf 4 to 5 days a week, awake by 6am and out on the golf course by 7am 365 days a year, including when we are travelling. When I am not golfing, I may have doctors appointments or have a contractor in our home for some stuff. Nothing else gets done. I do update my spreadsheet regularly for financial and tax stuff.
