Here are some basic parameters:
Would like to be snowbirds and spend 6+ months in Florida to be considered nonresidents back up North
Would rather be in a complex so we can leave each place alone for half the year
Thinking of the Jacksonville St Augustine area, less of a drive than S Florida
Prob 55+ community but want a newer one (hopefully younger retirees)
2 year time frame so no rush but hard to get started
Can anyone recommend sites, relators, best way to research?
