It did not work for me, I could not get past the error message.
I first typed the code, then copy and paste, no luck.
When I used the link with the embedded code, I got the message "you have been blocked".
I use firefox with ublockorigin, so maybe that's the problem?
Yeah, the worst of the worst!

Edit - Okay, I opened firefox --> extensions --> disabled Ublock, closed the browser then opened again and it worked. Thanks for the Amazon gift card tip!

And to the varied amounts - they appear to be a multiple of $7.43, so dependent upon the number of identities associated with the breach. Ours was $14.87.

I requested my credit report about 2 weeks ago via snail mail from all 3 agencies. Seems Equifax is dragging their feet (why does this not surprise me ) as I already got the reports from Experian and Transunion. Good thing this wasn't a report I really needed but just a routine request each year.
