Not really enough information to give a real specific answer.

You've got about 600,000 in bonds and guaranteed contracts which should conservatively give you about 30,000-36,000 in yearly income.

Stocks may generate somewhere around there, or much less, depending how invested. If you're balanced, assume 2% or another 12,000+.

I would guess about $75K yearly average in total growth and income +/- $25K, depending on the specific assets.
