I play pickleball four times/week at a minimum of two hours each time I play. Add to that a hour long bike ride on days I don't play pickleball.

Love seeing all these workouts. 🤩 Impressive level of activity! Like all here, my day isn’t complete without a workout!

Heavy rain at our place. No gravel cycling today. It’ll be a gym workout followed by maintenance (brake pads, new tires & chain) on my favorite gravel bikes.

I've always been an underachiever and tend to live by the Pareto Principle - I'm good with getting to '80%' and that includes fitness. I do brisk walking for 200 minutes a week and lift heavy twice a week.

Since the first of the year, I've walked on the treadmill every single day. Almost all of those days were for the full 45 minutes. (which is my goal)

Two of the days I was only able to do 20 minutes, but both of those days I also did some outside exercise, either by shovelling snow or XC skiing.

So far, so good!

I’m at the gym M-W-F. I warm up with 35 minutes on the stair mill. I climb +170 floor rucking with a backpack loaded with 30lbs. I then spent 1.5 hours doing a total body weight lifting workout. This time of the year you can find me cross country skiing 1 or 2 days a week, 5-7 miles. During non winter months it’s walking/hiking. Sometimes more miles than skiing. Not too shabby for a 67 yo guy. This doesn’t include show shoveling/yard work!

our average steps so far this year is 13,820 average per day...does that count as "exercise"?

I'm very impressed with the poll results, and am definitely an under achiever at 121-180 mins. 69 year old F.

I joined a gym in late Oct that's about 30 mins from my house where my adult daughter has a membership. I later found out that she rarely goes. Many thanks to the member here who had posted about Renew Active program. I signed up for a once a week trainer to keep me committed. I have been trying to go 3 times a week, sometimes I'm successful, but usually ends up 2 days. I lost January due to the flu, but have been trying to go back again. As someone who is starting again after many years, I force myself to go some days. But I am seeing small gains. I now have a routine when I don't have a training session of 5-10 mins on the rowing machine, 30 or so mins on weights and then 20 on an incline treadmill.

Last week I signed up for a gym 5 mins from my house and will have a trainer session on Tuesday. They have silver sneaker classes a few days a week and my hope is to add 2 days a week to that class. I live in a very walkable development and weather permitting get a 1/2 hour walk on weekends when the gyms are taken over by the young men.
