It’s just so bizarre because we’ve gotten flu shots at Costco before no problems being covered, DH was on Medicare, and we got our Covid shots at Costco a months ago both on Medicare no problem. They presented this as a recent change that affected certain readily available vaccines.There are a few vaccines commonly given at a doctor's office, but flu certainly isn't one of them (although it can be given there). It's a normal Part B item, so there is clearly a misunderstanding at your Costco pharmacy.
Ironically our doctor’s office is much closer and therefore more convenient. No paperwork at all either, just walk in. They always carry the flu shots. The never carry the Covid vaccine.
