Found a serious problem(fraud/identity information issue) in the court system. What should i do?

You guys may remember my court cases. So I am in appealing step. It was immpossible to find a lawyer to fight against the city, I am preparing for myself.
I have learning alot of legal system and term and process endlessly, stressful but enjoying learning.
Yesterday, at the court, since I have 5 cases, I found the case number was messed up while uploading the cases in the county clerk office, I went there and asked to straighten them. The officer was not believing my saying and very defensive, but I showed on the case.net, so she found my saying was correct and agreed to correct them. And I had to go to the court room to set the trial date. When I came home to check if done correctly, I realized all my info was not redacted(hidden) correctly. so my name, address, phone number, email address, DOB, and DL were accessible to public. I called the municipal court and grouched that my info was exposed. they didnt believe me.
Today, I went to the county court and filed to the motion to hide and I found the municipal court was doing wrong in confidentiality while transferring the infor from municipal to county court. The officer told me the municipal court has to send two copies, original and redacted. then the county can upload only redacted. And they dont have power to redacted if not done correctly. Today, her manner was reaaally nice.
I was upset and even went to DMV asking if changing the DL # is possible and answer was NO.
While researching the regulation, i found the court is imposing wrong amount. Municipalities have own fine and cost schedule. And of course my city was doing totally wrong. my animal ticket is supposed to be $50.50, but charged $356.50. My total for 5 tickets were supposed to be $600, but it was $1600. So the people here even thought I was crazy because muni cite can be cheap and just need to pay.
I have worked many field, accounting, auditing, production, inventory, QA, and nursing, and now own business. So when I called the officer and the city an idiot, I felt all kinds of directions were not right. So far, I reported the judge's misconduct to the right agency. And MO audit dept to audit the municipal court in accounting manner and fine amount. after already file them, and today I found more issues the redaction problem.
Since I am trying to learn the appealing process, I thought I could see other appealing cases in case.net.
And thinking, how about other case fine was charged wrong? and YES.
And how about other case redaction was done right and NO. thats why the officer was soooooo nice because she realized it was done in that way so long too.
So I can see all the case's personal information accessible.
My tenants had troubles to pay rent at times saying they got identity thief. And I heard so many people saying, so I thought they are lying easily because that it a pretty trendy excuse. But no it is this St. Louis government officers are not doing right and no one caught for years. Maybe a court officer were selling or abusing the info years and years.
What kind step should i do to protect others infor and correct this.
Contacting news channel? the court? a lawyer?
Unless people go to the court to file the motion, it will be open infor to the public forever.

I would think that contacting your local news outlets (TV and paper) through their tips phone/email would get immediate attention. At the same time, you might also give their "On your side" or "Problem Solver" folks the details of your cases and they may be able to get them taken care of for you more easily/quickly.

I would definitely contact the news because usually they are interested in these types of stories. It’s absolutely appalling what has happened to you.

I don't know about the rest of it, but when I went to court to fight a speeding ticket and lost my case, the court imposed both the speeding ticket fine of $XX and then added court costs of $XXX, and I had to pay both amounts. Maybe something similar happened to you.

I know they were applying the court fee correctly, but all fine part was wrong. thru checking all others' appealing cases from the city all the fine part of amount were wrong.
The city has been collecting more $$$$$ than supposed to be.
The prosecutor was not putting the fine cost in case.net and judge charges more, and the court administrator who files in accounting desnt fix.
in the required but missed processing, there could be chances to see things wrong.
And usually the court is supposed to post the fine schedule on the wall in the court, but no. And the tickets show the code number to apply to the fine amount, not exact $$ amount when get the citation.
I thought my fine was pretty big for muni cite, and went to court for explantion, the administrator told judge's discretion. He didnt tell me there is fine and cost schedule. Found the schedule on the city website because it is required by the law. And when I checked the other people's cases, I matched all their codes, and applied wrong. Muni cite is uniform amount per the law. Each municipality can set different amount, but the basic prinicial law to apply for muni cite is uniform matter per the supreme court rule.

Inform the news outlet about the situation, if they go public with it, the officials will cover their a$$ and fix the problem.
You are 1 person, so officials "might" fix your issue, but won't take on the job of fixing all the others unless it is public embarrassment from the news media.

Also: Calling the workers names like "idiot" does NOT help you as they may simply resent you more.

And I like to idea of letting the press know... the benefit of a free press is to expose such things when the government tries to hide and deny it.

So from my experience in this issue, they won't do much or bothered.
my info is hidden now, I havent paid any wrong amount fine either.
But my justice part is really bugging. I dont need any more money for compensation
so far, what I found is, of course I cant sue. But one suggestion was asking the court for insurance program for identity theft.
I left voice mail to news paper and sent an email, no response yet.
But what I really bothered is other who paid more money has to get the money back, and are informed their info was exposed for long time, and may ask that insurance program.
The biggest reason of my FIRE, I dont want to interact ppl. But I found this, and my justice part is really bugging to do something for. And like you said, one citizen is hard to do something.

I guess I did wrong to call them idiots in public like here.
But I still feel like they are idiots.
My city is declared to be a bird sanctuary in the city code. The law said fowl and in the definition section even mentioned fowl is female and male. But they are applying for no rooster rule.
in the definition section, I couldnt find farm def, but one city code mentioned what is referred to RSMo. Of course, poultry is farming.
And the health dept who is managing for chicken permit, prosecutor, and judge were saying the city doesnt allow farming. When I asked where the city code is saying, the judge pointed out the word "a farm."
In the map biggest part is R-4 where my house is located, R-1 to R-4 sorted by sqft of the property. all R1- to R- 4 section stated "The deed restrictions and recorded plot shall require that the common open space constituting the remainder of the tract be used only for agricultural, forestry or recreational purposes."
And I found the citation was falsified by the health dept officer which could be felony charge.
