A police officer decided to pull over a car for speeding. The officer got behind the car and started his lights and sirens. Briefly, the speeding car increased their speed, and then suddenly pulled over to the side of the road. The officer walked to the drivers window and asked him why he was speeding, and why he hesitated to pull over.

The driver responded that his wife had recently left him for a police officer, and he was afraid that the officer was trying to give her back.
