Yes, that is what is missing. It happened once before.

Ok, I found the issue. I have edited the template so the arrow is back but I am not sure it's in the same place as before. Please look on the attached image and let me know if that is correct? I vaguely recall the arrow might have been over on the left near the thread title. If it was on the left, was it before (to the left) or after (to the right) of the thread title?

It was immediately to the left of the thread title.
