Has the number of new users on e-r.org grown recently? It just seems like there are a lot more folks that have just a handful of posts.

A quick look at the Members List shows 436 new members signed up in the 4th quarter of 2014. This compares to 562 news members during the same quarter of 2013.

Interesting. Maybe we have more lurkers turning active. Or maybe (most likely) the perceived uptick is just my imagination.

What do you consider active? Daily posts? Weekly posts? Multiple daily posts?

After seeing so many users that have zero posts (in the membership list), I was thinking that anything over zero posts is "active".
