I was very concerned that some of the COVID clawbacks the Republicans were negotiating over might include the American Rescue Act ACA expanded subsidies (pay no more than 8.5% of gross income for insurance). These expanded subsidies were/are in effect through 2025.
I just went through the text of the agreement (Biden and McCarthy) and no where is there any mention of the ACA or these subsidies. I am very relieved!

The clawbacks were for unspent funds.
There was so much money printed that piles of it are still not spent.

I was concerned that the funds for 2024 and 2025 were considered "unspent".
