Glad to have found this board. I'm 55, still working, and plan to do so for about another ~5 years. I've been with the same company for 28 years, and would really like to hit that 30 year mark, at least. I don't love my job, but I get to work from home, so I can't complain.
DH took early retirement from GM in 2008, and is working part-time as a consultant.
Both our kids are grown and on their own
so we're enjoying having a little extra $$ and time.
I love college football and basketball, politics, sewing, reading, and using our timeshares whenever possible.
Enough about me, I have an annuity question, so I'm jumping over to that board now.
