Hello,

I am 57, semi retried (8 months) have been investing in dividend stocks for 20 or so years and also into ETF's (not as long), I have approx. 85% of my investment in Dividend Aristocrats, Kings and Champions. The remaining 15% are either in ETF’s or stocks that don’t fit in the Aristocrats/Kings (NVDA, TSLA, GOOGL). Plan on taking S.S at 62, have a pension that covers expenses plus part time employment.

Currently not taking anything from dividends. I have $300,000 personal taxable account, $500,000 in an tIRA account, and $100,000 in Roth IRA. All are invested in the same Dividend stocks (not sure how wise that is?)

$500,000 in 401k (no longer contributing due to retirement), $650,000 in DROP acct., $150,000 in current employment retirement acct. that I contribute to currently. Last year's taxable income was about $140,000. I am in 24% tax bracket, the cap for which is about $197,000 for 2025.

Always looking for advice / opinions on best ways to handle IRA's, ROTH's. To do or not to do a ROTH conversion. Currently have about $200,000.00 in cash in my tIRA acct.

Thank you,
D

Welcome to the forum.
Definitely run Firecalc.
There are many threads on Roths/conversion, etc. And so many knowledgeable folks here to answer questions.
Also, under the ER FAQs is a thread:
Some Important Questions to Answer Before Asking - Can I Retire?
I know you are semi retired, but some of the questions may still give you some thoughts.

Welcome De64 lots of knowledgeable people here. Myself I think you will be fine but also depends on your debt you have and curious what your doing for health insurance?
