Highest Money Market Rates?

The highest money market rates I have found are:

E*Trade Money Market Checking 4.10% for 90 days

Emigrant-Direct 4.0%

Vanguard Federal MM 3.64%

Any better rates out there?

There's a constantly updated thread over at fatwallet finance with this info. The latest was a MM account from Superior Savings at 4.5%, but $25k minimum. Here's the link:
