Ignore Forum option - ETA?

When will there be an option to ignore a forum? In the forum 101 posts it says "coming soon"

I fwiw think that may be useful especially if the forum "sticky" and seems to take up so much activity with its own imported fan club. Really rather not see anymore. But if no way ok. Only asking because saw above and now also wonder what soon means. Ok I'll move on.

I thought all the imports are welcome? Guess not. I don’t understand why folks just don’t read certain threads. I do. I like the ignore user feature on here and use it.

All presumeably are welcome to the board, not mine to say anyway. Not suggesting otherwise The board offered this option of an ignore button for a forum, and was asking as did the above poster when it is to be implemented. Why should it bother you, why are you interjecting?

Great thank you. Nice feature to have along with the individual ignore. And other features to allow a personalized view.

We used to have an ignore forum button before & in the forum 101 post, it says "coming soon".

During the covid times, that feature was useful to keep from being overwhelmed with covid threads. The ignore thread is a workable solution if there are only a few threads you want to ignore.

Maybe “ignore” comes across as too forceful/negative. “Filter” might be better. It would be useful but apparently is not there yet beyond individual threads or users.
