Per Fidelity, the total return of the S&P has now caught up to my CEF portfolio over the past 12 months but it still lags behind YTD.

Ok I don’t know if this belongs in the Income thread or the CEF thread.

I buy and hold so the only area of interest to me was the blue line on the graph which I use to make factual changes when my financial needs change. I’m surprised how many of out CEF’s don’t make the grade as “high income” and subsequently provides a gage to guide our holdings meaning I’ll load up on the ones not on here, lol.

Because of the blue lines present position I’m just accumulating cash until the next incident (trading opportunity for me) from the wall of woe appears.

I just was asking for clarification on your post. Your post was not very clear. @dickoncapecod and I both didn’t understand it. It was not confrontational. Just asking for a better explanation.
