Is your portfolio at a high?

Outsized returns on my semi and tech holdings have catapulted me to ATH by an astounding amount. It's really insane, and worrying, what one month of gains has done. I have started selling my top performers as I get ready to purchase a snowbird home, which will now be all cash plus proceeds of rental sale.

ATH for me....We have almost doubled our retirement accounts since we retired Dec 31 2022

Right, which is why some of us don't chime in daily...
After 106 posts I increasingly agree with that sentiment. So much is redundant and in retrospect not much changes, we all have our views. Actually my post frankly was more about 'why is anyone not at ATH' and maybe time for them to rethink things? That might be a bit interesting. But eh, to each their own. What's the point.

Finally a new ATH. First since 2/25/26 and first substantial since 1/28/26. (Been penalized since the end of January by overweight in precious metals - still down from 1/28 levels but a little "better".)

I am confused, so are you at ATH or not? Your second statement said it is is still down from 1/28.
