Lively telephone service problems

I have been using the Lively phone service for almost two years now, and it seems that service has declined noticeably. For one thing, Lively's Android phone has become slower and clumsier to operate, making it difficult to read anything on the Internet. Just going from one web page to another has become a wait. I have contacted their tech service a few times, and was basically told to read the manual. Unfortunately, the manual isn't totally reliable, since there have been changes to the software over the past two years.

Lively is currently owned by Best Buy, but used to be owned by John Walsh's company.

Does anyone else here use Lively phones?
