I am looking for some help....

When I press submit, to investigate the results, I have a blank window where I used to have some graphic representation of the results.

This just started to happen to me about a month ago, but before then I would see the graphics correctly.

For instance, when I click submit to investigate the effect of delaying my retirement, it used to give me a year by year representation. Now the box where the graphics used to be, are just blank


I am assuming it is something simple and I need to download something, but I just don't know what to do....

Any help would be most appreciated!!

I think you're having trouble with the "Year-by-Year Portfolio Balances" on the results page, right?

I'm using the Chrome browser with Windows 10. I see the chart when I click on Submit with all the defaults. I changed the retirement year to 2017 and added $1000 per year, clicked submit, and still see the chart.

I opened up google chrome and it worked perfectly.
