Maine Pension Deduction

I’m hoping that there might be a Mainer or two here!

Maine allows up to $30k pension (IRA, 401k distribution) deduction per person.

I plan on utilizing a SEPP/72t plan in a couple of years to bridge to 59.5, so I’m wondering if anyone has been through this filing in Maine and could confirm that the pension deduction applies. TIA.

Unless Maine's rule has an age limitation, I don't see why not.
