Medicare "once every 12 mos." Meaning?

You should verify but flu shots appear to be different. Instead of the ambiguous "once every 12 mos", flu shots are once per flu season .......you'd have to find out when the new season begins.......have a feeling it's Sept.

Thanks! I think I tested that last fall, without realizing it! IIRC, my 2018 fall flu shot was early November. In 2019, I pulled it forward a bit, and got it on Halloween. Nobody said no!

A good guideline to the start of Medicare's flu season is when you see CVS and Walgreens advertising flu shots. The specific dates are in the link below.
