I have been gloating for some time about the $30+ a month I save on phone expenses since I bit the bullet and bought an unsubsidized smart phone several years ago.
Apparently, I have spent to much time gloating.? I recently read that all four of the big cell phone companies offer lower cost, no contract versions of themselves. I can save about $10 more a month by switching. Same network, same package of minutes, text and data, but less money. And the same phone. I just buy a new SIM card.
No doubt the real thrifty folks in the group already know this and more. ? but, I have remained ignorant far to long.
