If not, that "little number" could end his bucket list prematurely. What a way to BTD.I think Bill B. just completed his bucket list. Bill Belichick, 72, Makes Red Carpet Debut With Girlfriend Jordon Hudson, 24, in New York City
I saw Northern Lights twice on overnight sail races on upper Lake Michigan after midnight, with little moonlight and almost no light pollution - makes a huge difference. Second time was wonderful, but the first was more expansive and went on for at least 15 minutes - the most magical natural phenomena I have ever seen.Been/seen most on those lists. Went to Iceland to see the Northern Lights and it was overcast all week. Then in October we watched this from our front lawn in Colorado.
Or he hers...If not, that "little number" could end his bucket list prematurely. What a way to BTD.
I guess she caught his "pass"...![]()
Read it again.my all time high for jaw dropping awe, the Taj Mahal, does not appear at all.
got it.Read it again.
One of the things I've said about travel is "If the density of 'bathrooms are for patrons only' signs exceeds 50 per square kilometer, I don't want to go there." Unfortunately, when you go to these places where "everybody wants to go", that's what you're up against. Tourists are there to be milked, not appreciated for their interest in seeing the world. I'd rather spend a week at a lesser canyon and see 100 people than fight traffic, spend two days, and see 100,000 people. But then again, I'm not out to impress "followers" or have a list of places to brag about. To me, it's about the experience when you're actually there (the experiencing self vs the remembering self). There are so many wonderful sights in this world. Some we've seen that didn't make the lists above (and we've seen many of the ones listed):
Iguazu falls
Angkor Wat
Sagrada Familia
These are easily as impressive and memorable as the listed items
Not my experience of the Grand Canyon at all.One of the things I've said about travel is "If the density of 'bathrooms are for patrons only' signs exceeds 50 per square kilometer, I don't want to go there." If you are in Lake Isabella as your avatar heading suggests, then you are on the doorstep of one of the most beautiful places in the world imo. The Range of Light. Agree that keeping it on the somewhat down low is helpful.
Or the places I listed...Not my experience of the Grand Canyon at all.
My follower is always impressed. I mean, I do have only the one, and she's usually with me..... But then again, I'm not out to impress "followers" or have a list of places to brag about. To me, it's about the experience when you're actually there (the experiencing self vs the remembering self).
