Move all IRAs to VTTHX? Escape First Command?

Have several IRAs that are gouging me (1% give or take). Want to escape First Command. They were good maybe to start with but time to run. Think I will move everything over to Vanguard in the VTTHX as that is the year I turn 60. Or another(s)? Thoughts appreciated.

Run from First Command. VG Wellesley VWIAX is a good balanced fund if you don't want index funds. VBIAX is another choice.

Also looking at VASGX but thanks for highlighting those two. Definently add them to the short list.
