Hi, I'm bass player living in Manhattan. I have a bunch of band equipment, bass amps, speakers, etc., that I no longer need. (I'm retired from a day job and "downsizing"). I don't have the patience to sell it all piece by piece. I don't have a car, and don't want to be figuring out a lot of shipping. Is there anything like some service that would just take it all and either pay me a flat fee or work out some kind of deal where they do the work and get a percentage. I don't even care much about making a lot of money selling this gear, I just want it out without giving it away or trashing it. Advice? Ideas?

There are eBay sellers that will sell it for you and take a percentage. I'm not sure how to contact one though.

I would think most music stores would handle used equipment and likely would have the ability to pick up. You might not clear much, but you likely can get rid of it and make at least some money.

Google eBay selling assistance near me. You should get a pretty good list. Some will have Yelp reviews to guide as a well. Ask what their feedback is on eBay. You really want someone with 100%
