Ok, completely off topic...who is the mystery man standing on Cherie DeVaux's right (left in the photo) in the blue coat, blue patterned tie, and white shirt, that she seems to completely ignore at the moment Golden Tempo wins the Kentucky Derby? Not her husband, I'm pretty sure. For some reason, a few friends of mine and I (and enquiring minds) want to know.
He shows clearly at about minute 3:14 in this video:

Another detective is on the case (a friend of mine) and he thinks it might be her brother?

EDITED TO ADD: Nope...just found a picture of Kenneth DeVaux at the Kentucky Derby, and it isn't him...the mystery deepens...

I think it is a brother. He looks like another brother who was there but wearing different clothes she has a lot of siblings

Aha! I'll go look for pictures of more brothers, because Kenneth, the one brother whose picture I found, didn't like like the guy next to Cherie.

Nope, the mystery man doesn't look like any of Cherie DeVaux's relatives, that I could find.
We may never find out. He may forever be a mystery...

It was a great race. It sneaks up on me every year. Next up, The Preakness displaced from it’s legacy home
at Pimlico which is being refurbished.

yes sadly. And Golden Tempo taking a pass.

But Pimlico should be amazing in 2027!

Google AI says it is her husband, David Ingordo.
Nope. Here's a picture of Cherie and her husband David Ingordo (rom a few years ago.) He's a lot shorter than the man in the picture. And another article says that David was on the track during the race, not watching the race with his wife.
And another picture from two years ago of the two of them sitting together...

And here, at minute 3:33, her husband comes up to her from the track on her other side and they hug and kiss.

It's not her husband, he's in a later frame with the mystery guy behind him still. I think perhaps security detail? He's awkwardly trying to join the celebration, but she's clearly not interested in interacting with him, yet not rebuking him as you might with a stranger trying to hug on you like that. He's giving creepy uncle vibes though.

I was thinking it was her father at first from the way he is acting, but then found that he passed away. Maybe he is an uncle?

I believe that's her father Adrianne "Butch" DeVaux.
He's 82. The guy in the video can't be more than late 60's, I'd put him maybe at 60.

I think I agree...the guy in the video seems too young to be her dad.
The family all came down together in a van, from what I've heard. Here's a picture of the family next to the van. The guy in the video doesn't seem to be in this picture.
This is fun!

According to a post on Insta: The guy in blue is secret service. Those ladies are daughters of high ranking politician Don L. Hickles. The man in blue (Patrick M. Davis) member of the secret service for 33 years. Was he trying to cop a feel? Probably not. Many high ranking politicians and secret service prefer children.

Guy in blue suit

Doubt it.

Awesome video. I've watched it several times now.
Me, too. I love watching the realization slowly grow on her that her horse is moving up...and up...and up...and finally her genuine excitement and sheer exuberant joy that her horse is going to win.
