Great progress. Keep it going and provide us with more wonderful updates.

Originally my Ortho Dr was concerned about the femur not healing and had mentioned surgery to replace it, But yesterday he said although its not fully healed, its progressing and holding on surgery.
I have also weaned myself off all the damn meds. Anyone interested in a shoebox full of assorted goodies:confused:

Seriously, so glad you continue to improve. Blessings to your dear wife and my hopes for her total recovery as well as yours.

How about a final update:confused:
Its been 1 year 6 months and 3 days since my failed attempt at flying.... Yesterday morning went to see the Ortho Dr for my follow-up, He says everything has healed up and was surprised on how well I have progressed in such a short time. I don't need to return unless I have problems. He said for me to follow up with Physical Therapy and their recommendation. My last scheduled appointment with them this morning, and they have also released me, said to continue with my current exercises and call back if there's any problems...
I still have a ways to go, but already gone further than I thought I ever would.

Now, is that GS that is expected in February your first Grandchild??
I got my first and only one two year tis coming January. What a joy that little girl has been for the wife and me.

Wonderful news! So glad you are doing well :). Definitely keep up with the at home PT.
My shoulders tell me fairly quickly when I have slacked....

Would be our 3rd.... Our son has a 12 YO son, And daughter gave us an 11YO GS in package deal with the SIL.
