Positive ANA screen, ANA titer 1:80, ANA pattern nuclear and speckled

I just got alerts on a Antinuclear Antibody test: Positive ANA IFA screen, an ANA titer of 1:80 (on the edge of "low antibody level"), and a nuclear and speckled ANA pattern.

A not-too-concerning cyst separately also has been detected on my liver. An ultrasound this week will get a further look at that.

Anybody have these kind of ANA results before? Cursory internet reading suggests not necessarily being too alarmed just yet, with probably more targeted testing to be done for autoimmune diseases or disease risks.

I know little about the specific situation with ANA test. My suggestion would be to just slog through the process and don't panic (certainly not yet!). One day at a time is probably best at this point.
