I’ve been drinking lots of warm fluids during flu recovery, and am grateful for my favorite mugs. We only have 5 mugs after 3+ moves and decades of decluttering. 4 are mine, and here are my 2 favorites. (The other 2 were personalized with my name, and I never drink from them. They may be decluttered, or maybe ritually destroyed in the future.)
1. The daily coffee mug from the late 80s/early 90s. Shuttle, Nippon Sanso KK (Japan Oxygen Ltd), made in Japan, 10 oz. I like that it is thermal, durable stainless steel and has a hard plastic rim (no gasket). Hand wash only. Every now and then throw in a couple Efferdent denture cleaning tablets and hot water, let it soak, then scrub. All shiny inside!

2. Cray Supercomputer Mug, used for hot water (often with raw local honey, cutting back on lemon) and herbal tea. 9 oz, made in England. I like the shape at the rim. Plus, old school tech throwback!

OK, now your turn. Show us your mug(s)!
