problem getting prescriptions from canada?

Since the first of the year I have ordered two prescriptions from canada. I should say I ordered one because the first time I ordered it it got lost in the united kingdom and this time when they resent the same prescription it says it has cleared out of customs in chicago. but that was on the 19th of dec. and has yet to show up any where else. I was wondering if anyone else on here that orders from canada was having the same problem or is this just a one person thing. the drugs were both ordered and paid for and the first script was resent but has never reached me. thanks

I ordered some dog meds from Australia on 12/5. These are meds from the same place I've used for 10 years. They made it to Chicago and "got lost". USPS put a tracker on the package and crickets from them about the package. I hate it when packages go thru Chicago.
