QSEHRA is a Health Reimbursement Plan that allows small businesses to reimburse their employees for medical premiums/expenses they incur in the ACA Marketplace.
Unbelievably, those types of reimbursements were made illegal by the ACA, when it first came out. They ran afoul of the "insurance reforms" that ACA was supposed to be making.
However, one of the last things Obama did in December 2016 was allow this work-around for small business.
I am the treasurer of a church who will be having 2 new pastors come on-board soon. This seems to be the perfect setup, since we can't afford to provide group health insurance.
Just wonder if anybody has one of these or administers one.
