Thank you for the replies,
I need to clarify about the form. It was due to my probate. I signed the form with temporary period to hold the properties because it was even before the inventory part was not done for the probate.
Anyway, she did good some part, but for the last minute, she showed me some disappointing manner, so I got upset. Also, with covid, FHA loan appraisal haven't visited the house, they were just copying and pasting the inspection report for their work, so I thought it was inappropriate but it was covid19 time too.
Anyway, I am happy for free of troubling houses and will move on. I ended up with my agent with possibility of working again later, so everything is good.
