Certainly one of the best ex-Presidents we've had. He even acknowledged himself that he was better at that than when he was in office.

What a "retirement" he had! He was a force for good and spread much needed love throughout the world. RIP

A genuine good human being. One of his policies that I look back on was the focus on energy conservation and alternative fuels. I wonder how far we’d be today if we would have maintained his focus in that area. I remember my in-laws installing a solar heating system on their roof. It was rudimentary but it did crank out the heat on a sunny day. That was about 40 years ago.

What a lovely couple he and Rosalynn Carter made. We got to visit them in the White House during his presidency. May they be reunited now for eternity. RIP Mr. President.
