Roth 401k

Thought I would ask the experts on this board about the new Roth 401k. I was reading this article http://money.cnn.com/2005/07/21/retirement/roth_401k/ and wondered if they will also be offering a Roth Solo 401k?

I believe that you can have a Roth 401(k) option for a solo 401(k). I also understand that no regs have been issued yet, so exactly how things will work are not totally clear.
