HBO is showing a documentary on the Church of Scientology.

It was an excellent show. Much of that information I had seen discussed for years, but having the former executive staff on the show was confirmatory and just great. Also, specifically for me, was the information that the most egregious actions of the Church of Scientology had been started by Mr. Hubbard himself. Also I finally understood the source of the name 'sea org'.

Seem to recall some rumor that Hubbard made a bet, he could start a religion and make money with it.
