It is with a heavy heart that I share the sorrowful news of W2R’s passing in February 2025.

My heartfelt condolences go out to her family and to her beloved long-term companion, Frank, about whom we heard so many wonderful things over the years.

She was a cherished presence, offering wisdom, warmth, and thoughtful contributions that enriched this forum. Her absence leaves an undeniable void, and her sage insights will be deeply missed.

I like to imagine her in a serene place, joyfully immersed in her favorite game, Nintendo’s Animal Crossing, crafting a world as kind and positive as she was.

Oh so sad! I was so afraid that was happening. Thank you Omni for sharing this important news. I remember her posting for a couple of decades! And followed her journey before and after her retirement. She is sorely missed!

I just looked her up last night. Dec 11th was her last post IIRC. I was hoping I had missed a post. I'll miss her. And hugs to Frank

She will continue to be missed beyond the three months we've had no news. Really was hoping it was an eyesight issue keeping her away from the board. Condolences to Frank - you are a good man by her account, and her judgement carried weight here.

So sorry to hear this. She’ll be missed. RIP W2R.
