I am not being facetious but am real curious about what other, more experienced, investors think of this article:

I think he is right. There may be other things ETFs also offer, but the two he mentions are real, and helpful. The concept of tax overhang in particualar. I didn't go to Morningstar to check his assertion that ETFs have little of that; but I know that many mutual funds have lot of it.

I think that he is right. It's a pretty generic article, but I suppose he captures what investors truly care about: the ease of the funds as well as the tax advantages.
