What is the last thing you ordered from Amazon?

Cases of Fancy Feast Beef and Chicken cans. It seems to agree with our cat's stomach better than the hard cat food she has been eating.

New cover for the new iPad gen 10. iPad 10 pretty cheap at Costco ($324 last I looked) but the 11th gen due out in a few months.

Dog treats, new door wreath for summer, Fall/Halloween placemats, books and fidget stuff for DGS 4 & 8 on the plane for upcoming Hawaii family trip.

A shirt on sale. Bought several over the years. I know it will fit and the price was right.

Some metal 4x4 post bases for the new deck railings. Some wire brush cups for the angle grinder to aid in repainting the propane tank one of these days.

Apparently I forgot to uncheck a box subscribing to prime. Grrr. Gotta cancel that. Again.

Had a burst of Amazon activity with the pre-Prime Day/July 4 deals since I will be on a road trip during actual Prime Day:

On sale: Osprey Farpoint/Fairview 15l travel daypack (pairs with the Osprey Fairview 40l travel pack that I picked up at REI earlier this year.)

Not on sale: Airmoto hard carrying case for the portable USB-C rechargeable air compressor and included accessory nozzles that I bought on sale. So much for any illusion of “saving.” Usually I’ll use a generic hard case, but this one is the exact size, plus obvious what’s inside.

A couple of pairs of shoes. Next will be orthotics and some sandals.

Prime Day special - Pixel 7a cell phone to replace my older Moto G7- regular price $499 onsale for $249. Not quite a BTD but hard to pass at that price. :):)

A set of woodworking table saw measuring block gauges and an electric tea kettle.

A year supply of niacinamide. Free shipping. $0.04/tablet.
How do you feel about the reliability of Amazon to give you something genuine? Did you look at the seller or who fulfills it?

I got some really nice melatonin from a USA based small business. Works well and I believe the amounts are correct.

I tried a different brand and I swear it had LSD in it or something. Threw that stuff away.

After that experience, I stopped using AMZN for supplements.

After having my license plate stolen at Walmart and many stores locking everything up I am now buying all that stuff on Amazon. I don’t pay for prime as I order enough for free shipping. Everything is either cheaper or the same price. It’s nice having everything come to the door. I never used to use it but I’m a fan now.

I find myself doing the same, including the contact lens solution you mentioned in another post. The grocery store is "hit 'n miss" on whether some things are in stock at times so now I just order from Amazon. DW orders a lot of toy stuff for the grandnephews and grandnieces.

I printed out an 8x10 photo of the yellowjacket below (thinking about a 13"x19") and hanging it in the shop, since DW does NOT like that photo. I think it's kind of neat that enlarged. Anyway, now I'd need a frame for it and I'll order that from Amazon or maybe one of their suppliers that I've ordered from in the past.

I’ve used the same source of niacinamide on Amazon for 3-5 years with no issues. Occurrences of skin cancers during this time has decreased to about zero! A dramatic reduction!

Well, it's a good photo but I can see why your DW doesn't like it!

- Latest order - Organic, cold-pressed almond oil.

Cool. I'm not making a blanket statement about Amazon and supplements, just saying be careful. It looks like you found a good source.

Still for me, I've decided to find different sources.

Macadamia nuts (MacFarms), a new set of Eero WiFi extenders as ours were terribly out of date, and new pods for my hydroponic herb garden. All ordered on Prime Day.

My clip-on pedometer started being 'glitchy'. Ordered 3 different models to try. I like simple but also that it will keep a day or 2 in memory.

My coffee mug is too big for a normal cup warmer, but I found one that was perfect on Amazon. Two temperature levels, one for hot and the other to just keep it the perfect sipping temperature. I've been using it every day for the last six months until it died this morning. Ordered another one and it's suppose to be delivered this evening. Can't beat that for service!

Same as last time. Decaffeinated Coffee Whole Beans. Plus added a small garden hose, 2 brushed nickel replacement bathroom sink stoppers and some dental floss. I usually order just enough to get free shipping. I do not subscribe to Prime unless it is free for a month which happens about 2 x a year.

Propane detector for our RV.
How long do propane alarms last? Most RV propane detectors last from five to seven years from the date of manufacture before they require replacement.
Ours was 11 years old.
