What is your Withdrawal Rate for the Year

That's exactly how I count them (and how the various retirement calculators do as well). If you leave out taxes, you will get a falsely optimistic picture of your readiness to retire or stay retired.
Leaving them out also feeds the general attitude that taxes are not controllable.

Yeah based on 30 years. Firecalc in an overall sense will account for your situation too.
However, it will not tell you specifically how high a rate one can spend until SS kicks in. If the overall results are good, then you should be good.
Many folks on this site have spent more than 4% until SS kicks in and are going well.
OTOH, we have not experienced an all time top 5 worst of sequence of risk returns at the start of retirement since 1966.
2000 is probably close since we went through a high inflation run starting 2021 and it’s still somewhat elevated although anything just under 3% can be considered “OK” I suppose since it is close to the very long term average.

We’ll get a look at that run in 2030!

I really don't have a clue. All I know is that we gift the max amount to the 2 grown children every year and that is the majority of what we withdraw. Our net worth is still growing each year as our expiration date gets closer. I'm through with all the calculations, planners, and retirement software now that we are set for anything but Armageddon. This is what I was aiming for during our working years. Time to give the little grey cells a rest.

Agree. Year 2000 probably in the top 10 or close to it so far.

I'm in the "no idea", no desire to do math category also!
Just know that we're usually 50-60% of what I'd prefer to not go over each month.
That's the extent of my ambition on that!!
Prices are quite unbelievable though on what we do buy!!
Blessed beyond belief by the great Lord!!!!

When calculating WR, do people use the pre, or post tax aggregate withdrawls from the portfolio?
Taxes should always be part of the calculation. I personally calculate my net worth after "taxes". My investable net worth is "cost basis of investments" plus "78% of the unrealized" (Market Value less Cost). If you don't factor taxes into the denominator then you should factor it into the withdrawal amount.
