Would you rather be young again or be rich?

I'll take young again.

Only thing I would to retain ask is the knowledge that I should have pursued the STEM major I wanted.

Instead of a business major to please someone else.

All I ended up doing before retirement was pushing paper around...

I’d vote for rich now. I still have enough time left (God willing), that finishing out my years with a lot more wealth would be great.

That is what a bunch of doctors have to do nowadays. You might not even notice the difference.

If I am young again, am I back to working? If so, no way!

I am honestly pretty happy where I am right now. If I could take 10 years off and still be retired, that might be worth considering.

I'm currently trying to be young again by running and going to the gym six days a week. Eating better would help too. I'll let you know how it turns out.;)
Is your name Benjamin Button?

Age accords us deniability and release from fretting. If I'm too old to remember my address, I have excuse to wander aimlessly.

With age, there's less compulsion to produce, to expand, to enlarge. An older scientist isn't burdened by as much requirement to publish papers. An older carpenter can concentrate on making one or two beautiful items of furniture, instead of feeling pressure to satisfy lots of customers. An older investor can start withdrawing money, instead of feeling enslaved to grow the stash.

An indolent young person is an embarrassment, a blight on society, a cause for opprobrium. An indolent older person is the charming and charmed recipient of much-deserved rest.

Young. but not stupid. I never cared much about rich, just did not want to be poor and broke.
And I'm with ksr, no more work!

At my current age of 42, I'll take money. If I was old, I would absolutely take youth.

Youth is wasted on the young.

I would take youth too. We were broke when we were young, but we sure did have a lot of fun.

I do not like having more friends and family dying now.

I don’t want to be young again. Having dealt with chronic pain for the past twenty years, I’ll just wait for the good Lord’s time to take me. I just want to watch our grandkids grow up and hopefully get married and begin their families. We have enough money to last for our needs, so I guess we’re already rich.
