42, retiring in 6 months

Hi...I will be letting go of my career of 20 years in a few months. I did real estate investing as a means to retire. Would like to meet other folks who have done the same. I'm a little nervous but excited too.

Hi. Would it be ok to ask, just for a general ballpark figure of how much income your RE investing would yield, and whether it's commercial or residential.

Like you, I'm 42, and I may be on the verge of investing in my first office building, so this is of particular interest to me. One of my considerations is how it would fit into my FIRE plans.
