Hi all, glad I found this great resource! I hope I can add something useful.
I'm 40, single, and at this point am going semi retired after a layoff last year. My expenses are low and I should be able to get by on 4% of my non-ira $$ if need be. I plan to do some side endeavors to bring in extra income and keep busy so if I'm lucky I won't have to pull much off the portfolio. I'm looking at it as a safety net right now more than it being enough live on for the duration. Sure is nice not reporting to a manager tomorrow morning...
