You hit the nail on the head, Maddy. My neighbor and I have been cutting up downed trees this week, and I'd be out there now, but it's raining. I'm pretty sure we'll get enough for next year's heating. This year was all free wood from last year's storm. I thought all the trees would have been knocked down in last year's 100+ MPH New Year's storm, but there are lots more down this year (80+ MPH). It will take me months to split what I've gotten so far.
Our cable Internet is still down. I'm at a coffee shop that has free wireless, and my plan was to spend the morning here catching up. But I forgot to bring my computer glasses! Ouch. Got large font size, and laptop is at arm's length, but it is still tiring to read.
