Got our Experian Credit Report today (I apply to one of them every 4 months). There's a credit inquiry in there from the Social Security Administration. Never seen that before! Why would they do that? Anyone else noticed it?

SSA allows you to open an "account" directly with them, and they use Experian to verify identity. Have you done anything with SSA that required verification?
