First time one of my friends showed me one of those, I noted a dimple under the middle cube on each side. Peeled the sticker up and found a philips head screw. When removed, this allowed the cube to be disassembled and reassembled with the colors in order. Screw back in, sticker replaced.

Done in about 9 seconds.
