Give me a museum and I'll fill it. (Picasso) Give me a forum ...
I went to Control Panel->language,
and I added US Int. to the preexisting US layout.
But I do not know how to activate this and make it the top choice. So far, I might as well not have Int. installed, as the keystrokes that formerly under Win 7 would produce special characters and accents now are unrecognized.
Any ideas would be very much appreciated as it is a hot day and this can get frustrating fast.
