My DW, the farm girl, can fix damn near anything herself. I think she keeps me around to reach the stuff on the high shelves.

I do vacuum and can cook, however. (Preference towards Cajun stuff and a little Danish.)

DBF and I can fix nearly anything! We whipped up a "floating" deck to place the new BBQ & a table & chairs on in an unused corner of the patio that just had pea gravel. Perfect temporary fix, and we purchased nothing - re-purposed old pressure treated wood that he was planning on making garden boxes from nonono...oh - we did buy the right wood to make the garden boxes later!

And yes, I don't need a step stool when he is around!

I think he thinks my handiness is sexy! His definitely is!
