Can someone direct me to a chart or calculator for Medicare Premium for High Income couple.

The brackets are changing this year. Michael Kitces has a nice summary here https://www.kitces.com/blog/irmaa-m...-premium-surcharges-new-2018-magi-thresholds/

Keep in mind there is a lag between income and IRMAA application, so 2018 premiums will be determined using 2016 MAGI.

Yeah, the Kitces article is excellent.

I know that our 2018 income will impact DH’s 2020 premiums.
