Wonderful pictures! Thank you!

Great pix.

I spent many a Saturday in NYC as a kid with my 2 older sisters. One of them was going to the Barbizon School of Modeling on a scholarship. It was actually safe for 3 girls to hop a bus and go 35 miles and spend the day. Good memories...:D

You just reminded me I'm overdue for a bus trip to the Big Apple. I used to go for the Christmas season, but it is way too crowded (bump push) and I froze my **** off on a windy day. I prefer to go in the fall.

Any significance in putting the Intrepid first?

intrepid - invulnerable to fear or intimidation; "audacious explorers"; "fearless reporters and photographers"; "intrepid pioneers" (The Free Dictionary)

I recently stumbled across a high school friend on the net who’s looking for a second career at age 63. His bio. mentions a stint on the Intrepid where he served as a swimmer to rescue downed pilots.

Mathjak107, you can have them both, city and country, both spectacular. Keep us posted, and let the good photos roll.
